Iguazu Falls is a breathtaking natural spectacle. During the visit, tourists explore the falls from various angles and wander through the surrounding rainforest, enjoying its aromas, colors, and refreshing atmosphere. The hikes are accessible to all visitors and offer different levels of difficulty. You can observe insects, birds, and animals such as coatis, monkeys, deer, and even pumas. A train ride is also available to connect the different circuits of the park, and picnics or lunch at the food court are highly recommended. The excursion concludes in the late afternoon, when tourists return to their accommodations.
Iguazu, a wide river dotted with islands, gentle and shallow, plunges vertically from a lava canyon that ranges from 80 to 65 meters in height, dazzling us with an arc of countless waterfalls. A natural spectacle that leaves us speechless and opens our souls.
Every morning we take this excursion to explore the falls and see them from different angles and perspectives. Entering through the visitor center, we embark on several walks through the rainforest to admire the giants of this green world, a rainforest that gifts us with its aromas, its colors, its freshness—a unique connection with this increasingly rare biome in the modern world. The walks are suitable for all types of visitors and offer varying levels of difficulty. The walkways provide wonderful views of the falls and the opportunity to encounter wildlife. From colorful insects like dragonflies, butterflies, and beetles; the curious coatis and monkeys; a wide variety of birds such as magpies, vultures, and toucans; and on some days, we are surprised by the shy gaze of a brocket deer, a capybara, or even a puma scanning the pass from the edge of the forest.
A ride on the narrow gauge train completes the experience of Las Delicias for adults and children alike; it is a service that connects the 3 different circuits or walkways of the National Park: lower, upper and Devil's Throat.
You'll have time to enjoy a picnic if you've brought one, taking care to pick up your trash and not feed the wildlife, or you can enjoy a delicious lunch in the park's well-stocked food court. You can also combine your walks with optional boat trips or a jungle safari.
Just like the start of the excursion early in the morning, we finish it in the early afternoon and return to our respective hotels.
